Scope of Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Remedylink d.o.o. (“the Company”) and any customer (“the Customer”).

Remedyequine is a brand owned and operated by Remedylink d.o.o., registered in Croatia, with its registered office at: Zvonimira Rogoza 14, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia.

These Terms govern the use of the website www.remedyequine.eu (the “Website”) and all orders placed through it.

By using the Website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Customer Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

All information provided must be accurate and up to date. Remedylink d.o.o. shall not be responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect or outdated information provided by the Customer.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Right to Suspend or Terminate Access

Remedylink d.o.o. reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website if these Terms and Conditions are breached.

You may terminate your use of the Website at any time.

Orders and Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Remedylink d.o.o.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding contract is formed only when the goods have been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation has been sent.

Ownership of goods transfers to the Customer upon full payment and delivery.

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

In the event of a pricing error, Remedylink d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order after notifying the Customer.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers, and discount codes are subject to availability and specific terms.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Remedylink d.o.o. reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

Payment

Payment must be made at the time of placing the order using the available payment methods.

Orders will be processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, and external factors.

Remedylink d.o.o. shall not be liable for delays caused by third parties, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery.

Cancellation & Refunds

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Force Majeure

Remedylink d.o.o. shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or governmental actions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, branding, and design, is the property of Remedylink d.o.o. or used with permission.
